• Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• All original tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your return.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Partial Refunds may be granted if:
• Items are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
