Refund & Return Policy – Bougie Originals

At Bougie Originals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and product issues.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.

  • Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery, which will serve as proof in case of damage, defects, or missing items.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll also receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if:
  • Items are not in original condition.
  • Items are damaged or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Sale items cannot be refunded—only regular-priced products are eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bouigeoriginals.com (or WhatsApp).
  • Share the unboxing video with us for quick resolution.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

  • Defective or damaged shoes may be replaced with the same model and size.

Warranty

  • All Bougie Originals sneakers come with a 3-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • An additional 1-month extended warranty is included (total 4 months).
  • Warranty does not cover wear & tear or damage caused by misuse.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, ship it to our address (provided by our customer care team).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@bouigeoriginals.com.
